Jarrett ‘Fish’ Heavenston co-founded Tough Stump in 2016 upon his retirement from the USAF after identifying the need for “Tactical Mapping.” He applies 25 years of tactical military experience to improve the capacity of righteous organizations to shoot, move and communicate. Fish will detail TST’s latest tracking, mapping, and communications technology development, including deployment across multiple countries.
