Francis Chester

Francis Chester serves as the Infrastructure and Facilities Chair and is CEO of Federal Selling Group, LLC, a company that provides contract business development services with an emphasis on government contracting and subcontracting. His experience includes project management and marketing in engineering, construction, and critical power systems throughout the US and overseas. Mr. Chester also represents Lee County as a member of the Board of Directors of the Sandhills Military Council. Mr. Chester gained his initial military experience as an artillery surveyor and forward observer.
