About Bill Herrold
Mr. Herrold has 34 years of experience in Federal government contracting, business development, consulting and Washington Representative Services.
He has been a principal partner contributing to all aspects of corporate business, technical and financial development; a key contributor to the growth of a small business from less than $5 million to more than $200 million in annual revenue and its ultimate disposition by acquisition.
He has designed and implemented corporate-wide systems to ensure the highest quality performance in the developing technical products, management, and personnel development and growth in both civilian and national security environments.
He has extensive experience in tracking and responding to Federal agency budget and contracting projections; responding to and implementing changes in Federal procurement policies, laws and regulations; and developing technical analyses and white papers on a range of technology and public policy issues.
He has spent a significant portion of his career supporting the program requirements of the Department of Energy, the Department of Defense, the Department of Labor, the Department of Education, the National Science Foundation, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
